I Grew

Today was a nice day. Nothing extraordinary really happened, but things were good. What's even somehow funny is we tackled social issues in most of our subjects. Haha.

So yeah, I was late again. We have CAT today so we have to wear the Type C CAT uniform, and I was worrying since the other day on how I could hide the bruise without my bangs. I came to school with my hair still not fixed to hide the bruise on the side of my left eye, and thank goodness Steni didn't to bring the concealer that I asked from her yesterday. So, I was able to hide my bruise a little (the dark patch was still visible, though it wasn't that prominent na), but my eyes looked small and puffy because I applied so much concealer to hide it. Haha. Okay na 'yun! 8D

Jayson was absent today because he went to PUP to pass her application form. Pfft. My second choice of school is really PUP Sta. Mesa (the first one is UP, but I think it's impossible), but Mama doesn't want to me take college in PUP Sta. Mesa. I could probably have a chance on PUP Taguig. PUP Sta. Mesa's passing of applications is over, anyway, but I am thinking of entering a university (I'd probably end up in PNU), and if I still want to move to PUP, I'd really convince my mother about it.

So, we weren't that noisy, since Jayson wasn't around. Haha.

It was Mr. Cejero's birthday today. I told my classmates about it and I greeted him in a little voice when he got in to our classroom. My classmates erupted into not-so "Happy Birthday" song.

I've been noticing that Mr. Cejero... changed. I mean, he always discuss lessons and write notes on the board for us to copy, and somehow, he's attending our classes than before. He'd been my AP teacher for three years, so I know the changes.

He sat at the vacant seat beside me and told me, "Ganda ng sulat ko no!" or something like that. Truth is, his handwriting is hardly illegible. Haha.

"Nakakatuwa nga po kayo Sir, kasi nagpapasulat na po talaga kayo, e dati sariling sulat lang kami ng mga nasa libro." I said to him. Haha.

We discussed PolSci. That's our lesson starting now. We talked about the 2010 election and the candidates and the Philippine government and other country's government and the constitution within an hour. Yay! I never thought that talking about politics could be this interesting. :)

On our Filipino time, the reporters weren't able to report well. So I really said to myself that I would really make a difference and would report well. Haha. I really love reportings. That's my favorite part, and recitation of course, because those were the components who pull my grades up. I don't review for quizzes and exams and rarely do seatworks and assignments, really. I love cramming and my answers on exams and quizzes are mostly stock knowledge, so I really really love reporting and reciting because it was my way to show and tell my teachers that, "Hey, even if I am blabber-mouthed, I'm not a pea-brain. I am not an idiot and I'm not only saying nonsense things." LOL. XD

It was awkward reading a message in our El Fili book about mothers. Not really that awkward, but I admit that I'm not a good and perfect daughter either.

We had our CAT in Science lab because a second year section used the room we're using. I had to borrow Computer book after that (since I don't have one, and Mr. De Leon requires it), and dammit, I wasn't to finish the Visual Basic activity for this day. Konti na lang e, there was just a little syntax error that I can manage to solve, if only the time was extended. Grr. Sayang. Pfft. Steni was the only one who finished the program.

Lunch break. I took a bath and fixed my hair so my bangs could hide the bruise. End up playing with my hair style. Haha.

Math is awesome. He made us massage our classmates back so we won't get sleepy. Parating nagkakamali sa pagsasalita si Mr. Del Rio so we're laughing at him. Haha. He is game for this naman e. We joked that he was drunk.

The school nurse went to our room for the annual "check-up" something. They would be getting our weight and height and the doctor will check the breathing something using stethoscope. When it was my turn, I was wishing that an inch was added to my height.

I weighed 80 pounds (36 kilos). Lose a kilo. Still underweight. And guess what. I AM FOUR FEET NINE INCHES TALL! YAY! Last year, I was 37 kilos and only 4"8. Haha. Three inches to go and I will reach 5 feet!

I was squealing when I learned about my height and Bedia heard me and he told it my classmates and they congratulated me. Hahaha. Really, why are people making such fuss about my height? Maybe because I, myself, is making so much fuss about it. And I had the every right to. XD

We had little reporting in Physics about the Work/No Work activity. I was the one who reported for our group. I think I did well, but I was perspiring and feeling hot in front. I dunno. I'm not like that whenever I report on other subject. Maybe it was because it was Physics and it was Mrs. Suinan that I am reporting to. I mean, she's awesome. And I always do my best even on the simplest reporting so one day, when I've became a teacher, they will remember me as a student who shows signs of desiring to be a teacher. And I am desiring to be a teacher.

We only got 7 over 10 although I think (and know XD) that I reported better than the other because I really explained and demonstrated each item. But we're only required to give five examples each, and we had three items excess, so it was deducted.

"Anyway, additional points for the reporter." Mrs. Suinan said and Yay! I really love you Miss! You're awesome and I wish one day, when I've became a teacher, Liceo de San Pedro is the school where I will teach so I will be able to have these awesome teachers of mine to be my co-teachers and they will see that a noisy girl had reached her dream.

Haha. So much of thinking of the future. I'm not still sure if I will really become a teacher. XD

I watched Battle of the Bands audition before going home. Lea was bugging me to join the singing contest, just like what Mikmik and Kuya Darwin was telling me, but I am still not sure and will think about it first. :D

Yes, everything is awesome.
